Very thorough and explains our investments clearly
In the weeks leading up to our meeting the communication regarding preparation for the meeting was very good. Andrew is always very thorough and explains our investments clearly, in terms of their past performance and how our money is being invested in the portfolio. Using the Voyant cash flow model he explained our predicted future financial position, particularly key this year as R is retiring soon. As ever Andrew provided detailed information regarding our investments - we never feel a meeting is rushed and he is always happy to help - the coffee and cake is always appreciated too!

Detailed understanding of our situation and needs
We have confidence in the advice from Paul as we have come to know each other better as Paul demonstrates his now detailed understanding of our situation and needs. Paul's approach is holistic regarding our financial needs as well as being mathematically factual.
