The greeting, tea and cake when I first arrived stood out! With Andrew and Barney, we discussed gifting and inheritance tax, and Andrew made a couple of suggestions for gifting to the grandchildren which I had not considered before. They give me confidence that my investments are in safe hands. I will be downloading the new Equilibrium app which will make tracking my investments easier.

Very friendly, patient and professional service. Taking on someones finances as a Power of Attorney can be daunting but Andrew explained all the background and how the monies are invested patiently. It was a lot to take in. Then showing how my clients finances can then be managed to support her in residential care and in comfort was a great help. It was a great experience.
