Andy was friendly, helpful and welcoming with a very good understanding of our circumstances and financial position. Good communications and forward planning
Good communications before and during the meeting. It was obvious that Paul had spent time preparing for the meeting (not my experience with previous financial advisers in a different company). Forward planning scenarios and discussions about options was very good. Good forward predictions with flexibility to change options quickly. Generally very friendly but equally Paul seems interested to "do the right thing" for me.

Equilibrium provides a friendly and professional service. We were attracted by their locality to us and also by their lack of pushiness and humility. We feel that Equilibrium has a genuine desire to provide a great service to their clients, and to the wider community through charitable work. Their communications are generally very good and frequent. We sense that Equilibrium looks after its employees who all seem to be happy working there which gives us a sense of confidence in this company to manage our investments.
