David explained the investments very clearly so we were easily able to understand it. He presented a very friendly approach and made us feel at home. Financial advisers often present for too many facts and statistics but with Equilibrium this is not the case.

Honest and came across as caring about our situation
The annual review was personal, not rushed, and addressed all our needs. Excellent research on our capital gains liability from selling our letting property. Emma looked after us beforehand, who was always very personable, while Paul was honest and came across as caring about our situation, and seemed to have our best interest at heart. When we needed a withdrawal Asad was very attentive and not only swiftly organised the transfer of money but also kept us informed about the progress of the transfer. We were also asked about holiday, family, health and even the car. Equilibrium as a company always keeps us up to date - the app means we can check daily. Mike is excellent in the 3 monthly meetings, Andrew Hirst is very good in the seminars, and the weekly blog is also good. If we need advice Paul said we could go in and see him and do not need to wait for the annual meeting. Overall the company is professional yet caring, and the impression is we are part of the Equilibrium family. Do not lose this personal touch.
