Outstanding service
The service from Equilibrium is outstanding. Paul gives us total confidence that our money and future financial security is in safe hands. Whilst we are financials conscious, we are certainly not expend in the field and Paul, Tim, Asad and Rachael take the time to make us feel comfortable and explain things in a clear and concise manner - tailoring their communication stick to us. Paul is so friendly and personable that it's a pleasure meeting with him too. We'd never consider working with another FSA business.

Well Prepared Annual Review By Andy Baker And Ben Harrison.
Meeting room facilities were fine and easily accessible.Annual review - Thorough explanation of the year past and in depth discussion of the future. Voyant figures input in advance and Andy willing to adjust relevant factors of inflation and financial returns to identify the outlook under various scenarios. All too many financial advisers give too rosy a glow to potential results and also ignore their costs, not Equilibrium. Difficult financial year ahead for investors however their results over recent months have been acceptable and not hidden away.

A lot of thought and preparation
The service I have received from Equilibrium always appears to be well researched, is well presented and conducted in a friendly manner. A lot of thought and preparation has been employed. There remains some pessimism on my part regarding Equilibrium's preparedness for Brexit, especially a no deal Brexit, with regard to my investment. I hope you have it right!

Knowledgeable, enthusiastic and positive
A very personal service, and attention to detail. Our accountant complimented Equilibrium on use of allowances so my wife no longer pays tax. We live in Shropshire over two hours drive away and when I could not attend a six month meeting and an investment briefing a few days later, Andy had Mike pop in to our meeting to give us a briefing. Well, you cannot get more personal than that! We really like our meetings with Andy, he is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and positive. Do not lose the personal touch. It is unique for a growing company.
