Always a pleasure to see David, he is someone we have got to know over the years and we accept his points on the financial situation and note his advice. By the end of the meeting we feel comfortable with all points discussed and relatively happy with the information given and the proactive approach Equilibrium are taking to minimize losses.

Standard is consistent
Standard is consistent. Occasionally advisors change and this is handled efficiently and with due respect. New advisor at htis meeting had certainly done his homework and it was really not much different. Advice provided was clear and appropriate.

Always explains thing clearly
Paul always explains thing clearly and makes sure that I understand what he is saying. I have always been quite wary of financial advisors as my last one was not very good and I still have losses to prove it. However I feel quite confident that Paul knows what he is doing.

Easily digestible information
