Makes our business relationship efficient and enjoyable
Initially Andy pursued us in a non pressured way, giving us time to formulate our ideas. Now Andy has been acting for us for 5 years and together he has helped us achieve our annual and five yearly plan. Together we are planning our next 5 year strategy as more capital is realised and targeting growth with TN efficiencies built in. Andy has "tuned in" to our needs, aspirations and Modus Operandi which makes our business relationship efficient and enjoyable. He is patient and provides some stability and future proofing against some of our business interests - we take the risks but he provides the protection on our money. A great combination!

Confidence in the ability to achieve excellent results
The first thing that stands out about the service received from Andy and his team, is the quiet confidence in the ability to achieve excellent results. The team appears to be able to provide just the support which we have needed in dealing with certain problems, which Russell and Stuart have had to deal with. "M" and I are now approaching "old age" and we may need extra help in keeping up as things go faster. However, we are sure that Andy and his team will always be willing and able to answer our questions.

I was impressed by many things
I was impressed by many things. The friendly personal service with regular reviews, and the status of investments is available via the portal at anytime. Rapid action to deal with transferring investments, with agreed risk criteria. Pensions for other immediate family is included. Investments are managed to minimise capital gains and inheritance taxes, and all valuations provided are net of all charges. It enabled us to realise funds to purchase a bungalow before selling our previous house, and neither my wife or I have to worry about sorting out our investments in the event of a major catastrophe.
