I always leave feeling confident
I have always received a fantastic service. Everything is explained well, and I always leave feeling confident that my investments are in good hands. All my questions are answered to my satisfaction. Jason is very much a "people" person, with a great personality. I was pleased to meet Chloe for the first time.

Make me feel comfortable
Both Andrew and Barney make me feel very comfortable at the annual meeting. I am able to discuss any financial issues and Andrew makes helpful suggestions suitable for my particular circumstances. I always feel reassured by his graphs.

Well, my advisor is not Andrew Hirst, apparently, so I do not know who wrote his name on the feedback form.
The change over form Andrew Hirst to Ben Rogers was badly handled for which I have received an apology. But the wrong advisor named here does not increase my confidence.

They get to know you as a person
I like that they get to know you as a person then tailor the advice. Friendly approach, not too formal or intimidating. I have made a life changing career change that I am not sure I would have made without the knowledge provided to me about my future financial forecasts. Paul provided instant advice and answered my questions when I rang just before making this decision. Regarding their modelling of my finances, I have always had a good handle of my finances ithe here and now but did not have a complete view of what my future situation would look like.
