From the moment I walked in both Paul and David made sure we were both comfortable and had everything we needed. They treat us as friends, interested in all we do and are so easy to talk to. If I need to ask Paul to repeat or explain things again to me, nothing is too much trouble. He makes sure all he tells us, we understand. I feel they are working in my best interest and I can totally put my trust in them to do the best possible for me and my future.

Accessibility and response times of Andy and Chloe. 'No question is stupid' environment, you can ask anything. Equilibrium have always prepared well for our meetings with a clear agenda and rapid distribution of minutes after the meeting. Modelling of our future financial situation if we were to do 'A' or 'B' for example. Meetings are light hearted but business like and professional as well, we enjoy our meetings. When we requested a meeting it was made possible in 2 days.
