This is now very important, as we get older, and our children and grandchildren become more involved. Tim and Paul came to our house to make fitting the meeting into our schedule easier, this was very much appreciated. The guys were very well prepared and took the time to understand our needs and challenges before the meeting, making the most use of the time together.
