Comprehensive reports and summaries of one's portfolio. Friendly telephone response to queries. Seminars and presentations are professionally executed with solid content. Approachability of senior partners. To summarise, the all pervading ethos of the company which places client service as the principal goal whilst working as a team. I am looking forward to the use of the MyEQ service. This seems to be the innovation that I have been seeking for some time.

Polite, friendly and helpful
It is a pleasure having our annual review with Equilibrium. The surroundings and decor are first class. All the staff that we met were polite, friendly and helpful. Andy had prepared well for the meeting, explained things clearly and listened well. He was also patient and interested in my husband and me as people. He answered all our questions and never seemed rushed. The experience is all the better because the coffee is excellent and the shortbread was delicious.

Equilibrium have invested widely on my behalf. Meetings have been both friendly and informative. Andy and Jack are knowledgeable, exude confidence, are approachable and are willing and able to answer any questions. The documentation provided has been very detailed by necessity due tot he complexity of the investment. Andy endeavors to help me understand it. Andy offers free advice and information on other areas of my particular financial situation. This includes matters of my will, capital gains tax and inheritance tax. This is very useful.

Andy Baker is a great guy, very approachable and listens well to my various concerns. He has taken care to reduce my liability to capital gains tax and ensure my tax allowances are fully used. The whole team at Equilibrium are really dedicated to helping clients and if I need to speak to Colin or Mike this is no problem.

I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Equilibrium in general and with Jason my financial adviser in particular. Over the 4 years I have been with Equilibrium there have been 3 different client managers although this is slightly worrying, but understandable in such a fast moving company, the steady hand of Jason at the helm is reassuring.
