We experienced a friendly, relaxed atmosphere which was reflected in the helpful general staff. This atmosphere was extended to a more personal level via advisor and client manager both before and after our meeting. Actions recommended were offered with due consideration for our cautious approach to stocks and shares, all points were thoroughly discussed to ensure clarity, at no time did we feel pressurized. We left the meting feeling reassured that our portfolio was in safe hands and on course to meet existing and future requirements. An excellent experience, clients definitely feature first.
