I always feel it may be a little difficult when there are changes but not at all, both Paul and David were most pleasant, easy to understand, explained fully and as always with my experience of Equilibrium, staff felt they had been hand picked. Well prepared
Equilibrium were well prepared for our annual review. Discussion on further support for our children opened up some new action possibilities as potentially improving our IHT position. I think Andrew is always looking out for betterment opportunities in the performance of our portfolio. We were glad to hear of sufficient flexibility in the management of our holdings in the event of some dramatic change in the present very satisfactory processes. Overall we are well pleased with our position and with Equilibrium's service.
