The meeting on 11th April dealt with some fairly complex issues. These were dealt with in Jason's usual expert way. Very impressively, when certain facts were not known they were ascertained with answers being conveyed to me the following day. The six monthly meetings are one of the best features oft he Equilibrium service. As always Jason and Mark were friendly and informative. Early this year we had, unexpectedly, to access about 80 percent of our 'Education Fund Trust' within the family portfolio. Andrew Hirst attended to this promptly and has also taken the trouble to provide examples of an alternative idea of withdrawals over a 6 year period. However we opted for a lump sum withdrawal. This necessitated a complete rebalance of the portfolio and appraisal of the tax position at that time and for the future. All this was carried out quickly to our April deadline and to our entire satisfaction.

Pro-active in dealing with difficult situations and changes, effective communications and prognosis. Feel as though they are a member of the family given advice ranging through the generations, kids and grandchildren, they are now adults. A culture of friendly professionalism, readily available.
