Speed and efficiency
My queries are dealt with speed and efficiency. I asked for pension value projection for my 3 daughters and 2 grandchildren, that came very quickly and was very useful. Equilibrium have been my financial advisers for over 10 years. Our average return over the past 5 years is 8.5 percent after charges. Whilst not generating the high returns achievable when the UK FTSE soars as it did in 2016 Equilibrium equally do not generate the significant losses which can occur when the reverse happens to the FTSE ie they have a good balanced portfolio. Their results marry in to their growth. Over my period with them I have seen the company grow significantly and their success has been recognised in the industry awards which they have received. They could not have achieved this growth and recognition without clients being satisfied by their overall performance.
