I would not hesitate to recommend Equilibrium, and my adviser in particular, to anyone wanting in depth advice about their financial affairs. My only regret is that we did not do this sooner. It has been a long process trying to get my financial affairs in order, particularly since my husband's death a few months after we joined. Without Andy I would have been floundering around trying to make sense of it all for probate. They tackled it all for me and it could not have been an easy task. Thank you Andy! I used to dread any talk of investments and financial planning but I now look forward to our quarterly meetings.

We were really impressed with the straightforward professionalism. Andrew and Rob prepared and delivered the latest review in precise and comprehensive terms and we left the review with a sound, overall understanding of how things stand. This was done in a good humoured but serious manner. It is also clear to see how the reports, actions and guidance have drawn on an effective range of Equilibrium services to position our investments in the right place. A commendable performance when we consider how the world keeps on being turned on it's head. Additionally, Andrew offered advice on a non portfolio issue which arose in our forward planning discussion for which we are grateful. Such interest in a client's welfare is reassuring. Frequent advice and information
Advice and information is provided frequently in an easily intelligible form, in language the layman understands. Questions are answered clearly. Underlying the advice and information is that there is no quick fire guaranteed result, to say something on these lines would undermine credibility and yet some reports in the press come close to that. Equilibrium have always done what they said they were going to do and that gives me confidence in them.
