I feel respected as a client and they will carefully explain anything I don't quite understand and address anything I wish to raise. From the moment I walk into Equilibrium I feel most comfortable as the staff are always so personable and well mannered and focused on me as a client. I also trust Equilibrium.

After nine years we feel qualified to comment
EQ regularly examine their model portfolios to optimise them. They constantly evolve their process to ensure their service is appropriate and informed. They listen well and communicate well. They admit their occasional mistakes and fix them right away. Colin Lawson, Nilesh Patel and Mike Deverell prepare very thoroughly for meetings and we come away feeling reassured that our money is being cared for to the best of their ability. They archive returns in line with other asset managers. Their investment seminars are excellent.

Friendly, professional, approachable
Always friendly, professional and approachable. Have the ability to pitch their content and level of detail to suit me, not too complicated. Interesting time to have my annual review, day before EU referendum, with it's surprise result. Preparation to cover either result had obviously been done and portfolio adjusted to react to the effect it might have on the market, thus minimising as much as possible any potential losses.

Andrew's approach was friendly, calm and straightforward. I felt that my personal circumstances and wishes were being appraised carefully. There was no sense of being urged into a one size fits all solution. Andrew shows the flexibility and quick understanding of the expert in his own field and answers my questions clearly and patiently when necessary. Another comment, I think that the reassurance sought by clients is reinforced by Equilibrium's offices, relatively simple but of good quality and good taste, comfortable and convenient, immaculate and tellingly unpretentious.
