Total professionalism and integrity to s high standard. Regular communications and seminars particularly when markets going through very difficult and volatile periods. Coordination of investments with income tax, inheritance tax etc to give cost effective solutions, consideration given to inter generation planning. Advisers readily available to discuss way forward and areas of concern. Management charges clearly explained and are fair. As the company has expanded the culture of friendly professionalism, including professional qualifications, has been maintained and even improved.

As usual Jason and Mark were very well prepared for the meeting. The preliminary paperwork had been sent about a week before the meeting. They clearly know my family and our circumstances. The meeting was conducted in a friendly way with plenty of flexibility for me to ask questions and make comments. I was pleased that a new member of staff attended the meeting as part of her training programme. These regular 6 monthly meetings are what make Equilibrium so much better than other IFAs I have dealt with.
