Care and commitment
Although we do not have a substantial investment portfolio the care and commitment we receive from Equilibrium Asset Management makes us feel relevant. There is ease of access to discuss any issues plus the frequent reports we receive on topical issues provides a meaningful communication structure. Also, ease of access to monitor investment performance on their website is invaluable.

A high level of expertise
There is a high level of expertise, both in breadth and depth. The investment strategy is explained clearly. There is a hard, dependable reality about the advisor's approach in that he never makes promises. In an uncertain world how could he and still retain credibility. I well understand most of the reasoning behind investment decisions, but obviously there are points about which I am not clear. Explanations are given clearly and with surefooted confidence.

Steady consistent returns
Equilibrium look for steady consistent returns rather than taking the risks associated with always trying to maximise returns. The service is friendly and does not stop with investment recommendations, For example there was facilitation in financing a house purchase. Equilibrium's income is linked to the returns clients get on investments providing an incentive to achieve targets.
