Personalised service
It was personalised and enthusiastically given. We were impressed with the fact that Paul had considered how we could invest some extra funds in our Equilibrium account. We are now happy that these are to be invested in a pension fund for one of us. We both really appreciate the Voyeur graphics package/presentation of our financial status and prediction helpful and clear. And Paul even showed us predictions which included down turns in economies.

Friendly, welcoming, courteous
Everyone at Equilibrium Asset Management was friendly, welcoming and they provided a courteous service. They were interested and you are made to feel that you matter. The information and retirement mapping were all detailed and quality.

It was the first time I had met Paul from Equilibrium and it felt as if we had known each other, he came across as just normal and I would recommend him to anyone and also his co-pilot Simon Lester.

Approachability
I can ring Mark at any time for information. Both Jason and Mark are very friendly and likeable. Jason has given very good advice over the years. As a result of this advice, my portfolio has grown considerably. Equilibrium keep in touch very regularly in a way that I have not experienced with other financial companies. Equilibrium offer a set of comprehensive financial services I have never known before.

Easily accessible and user friendly
Equlibrium Asset Management coordinate investment returns with and taking into account tax position, capital gains, income and inheritance tax. We have found them to be easily accessible and user friendly with a high degree of integrity, professionalism and transparency.
