They are not multi-national. They treat clients as individuals, rather than one things fits all. They have a sound background. The investment strategies make sense. Products explained in easy to understand way. I trust them to value me as a client..

Considers my overall requirements in a wider context than just investing money. Good communication during recent turbulent markets. Regular meetings to discuss performance and changed circumstances..
