More than just a financial advisor
I have been with the Fry group for 40 years, and have always received excellent, personal service, whether by letter whilst overseas, and more recently by visits from Mr Simon Ware. I have always been grateful for the reassurance and sage advice I have received, and more recently the warmth of the visits from Simon. If anything one thing that I treasure most is to be made to feel part of the Fry's family. However corny it may seem, I appreciate the effort to come and chat and talk me through issues. I am extremely grateful for this, and however old fashioned it may seem, I for one think it is a tremendous service for your clients.
The advice I have received over the years, has also made a considerable benefit to my retirement fund, for which I am also extremely grateful.

Domicile review and UK tax advice
The team were professional and willing to spend time to understand my particular situation. They acted promptly in organising meetings and always kept to schedule. In addition, they were also willing to meet with me at home.
It was useful to get both tax advice and investment planning advice from the two advisers working together.
They were both generous with their time and did not hurry me into making a decision.
The same advisers worked with me throughout the process.
