I am very fortunate to have Ashley Jones as my advisor. His knowledge and insight into financial markets is excellent. He is regularly in touch and often provides insightful market reports on various aspects (of the market).

I get excellent personal service from Simon Ware of the Fry Group. I respect his judgement. I have now been with the Fry Group for almost 20 years and the advice has been invaluable. This is particularly true since my husband died three years ago. I have also had very good tax advice.

New Platform - room for improvement
In Singapore - fast personable service - in UK slower. New platform roll out not well communicated and extra layers make it user unfriendly - am wanting now to go back to paper to sign docs. Its ok to see portfolio but cumbersome for document signing
