Feedback in the time of COVID
I generally don't recommend for any reason (good or bad).
Their documentation and risk analysis in the portfolio.
We had a bit of a glitch with the phone system, despite advisor and client being in the same country (Belgium) !
It was my first receipt of a client document via Egress so there was some setup time.
