I'm not sure; communication is improving since Peter became involved and more recently with Toby.
Transparency is seemingly an objective of Fry - this has not been the case in my experience with a simple requirement to clearly follow the money in an auditable fashion sought from 2019. Getting there now!

Annual investment review feedback
They manage our investment portfolio and do the tax returns. Both are executed well and no complaints with service. Impossible to say if any other company would do better but we are quite content at present.

Residency Changes & UK Tax Advice
Everything I raise with the Fry Group is always managed and done well. I have made international moves to and from UK and had to consider all sorts of things that, without assistance, would feel complicated to me. Fry have the experience to clearly understand (a) my precise situation and (b) the rules that I need to satisfy or plan to manage appropriately. On every occasion, they have turned those into simple action plans that have been timely, easy to do and faultless for me. I would not look elsewhere for an advisory service.

Always there to help, with the right information in the right format. We deal with Samit Patel, who has always provided excellent advice and guidance, and made time for us (and our wider family). We have confidence in what he says and advises, knowing it is also backed up by the Fry Group's wider research and expertise.
