Unti recently my experience with Fry had been good. However the annual tax Return they prepared 5 months ago contained a gross error, which I discovered after it had been submitted to HMRC. My designated "Tax Advisor" assured me that it had been corrected, but on receiving the latest Statement from HMRC I found that it had not! An e-mail to my "Tax Advisor" was returned as undeliverable. On telephoning Fry, I learned that she had left their employ some months previously! No one had bothered to inform me!
After more than 30 years as a client in UK and overseas I would have expected better.

Preparation of Income Tax Returns
They do everything I require to a very high standard and ensure that my relationship with HMRC is faultless. Put another way: if I did not have the support of the Fry Group, I would feel very vulnerable and would be very concerned that my tax returns might be imperfect.
