Investment advice
Convey a sense of probity and professionalism. The Group also seems to be increasingly on the front foot in terms of spotting threats and opportunities, which is a good sign. I don't want a financial advisor with a reactive mindset and I expect many other clients would agree with this sentiment.

Delayed annual review
A very good Zoom meeting with Mark Howell. The usual annual review was delayed from March partly due to coronavirus but mainly because we have only recently obtained Probate (due to several mistakes on their part) of my husband's estate 11 months after he died. My son, whose whole career has been with a major bank, has been most impressed both with Fry's advice over the years and also by their presentation of results. Thank you
