A Retirement Investment Plan which did not involve buying an Annuity.
First, my Financial Planner asked me what I would need from my investment, such as risk, return and the ability to withdraw a certain amount of cash as and when I required it. I then received a very informative report and details as to how I would be able to achieve what I needed. I have to say that my experience with the Andrew and his colleagues is excellent.

Investment advice for many years
It has worked reasonably well for me I think over the years, with a few ups and downs. Advice has been on a personal basis, which helps a lot, (even if the person I deal with changes over the years), with letters and emails in the past and telephone calls and emails more recently, as well as the special new online information (which I find less easy to use on a regular basis, in order to check anything. Additional information has occasionally been requested and staff have always been able to assist in one way or another.
