Tax returns and Investment advice including pension and estate advice
Having worked with Fry for approximately 25 years starting with tax returns and developing into investment and pension advice and estate planning, I have been very satisfied with the approach which is objective and impartial. My experience started in Singapore in the 1990s, transferred to UK in early 2000s, then Singapore and Dubai from 2004 to 2015, back to UK for 12 months and then again in Middle East from 2016 to 2021. Since return in 2021 I have been back with UK team.

Individual Financial Advice
I feel that I get personal individual service and attention from Simon Ware who had now been my financial adviser for about 20 years. He is very approachable, and I appreciate that he makes the journey to my home to discuss my financial affairs. I made a recommendation recently to a friend and I was very pleased and surprised to receive a bottle of champagne as a thank you.

They respond within a reasonable amount of time.
All things tax return seem to be low on my priority list until near the end, whereas The Fry Group does a good job of constantly chasing you to get things to them on time.

You make the customer welcome (at the Worthing office, where I went). You were willing to give much time to me as a potential client in order to make sure that I understood what I was getting into (investments, in my case) to make me comfortable with it.

Investment, Tax and trust
They have looked after our investments for many years in a safe and satisfactory way. The current representative is excellent at keeping us informed in an understandable way. We hope that the transfer to progeny will not result in the loss of the Fry ethos i.e. protecting wealth for future generations.
Originally we came to Frys because of those principles and the fact that it covered tax matters and trust/inheritance as well as investment advice. which was particularly helpful when planning to leave Cyprus and move back to UK.
