The dealings I have had with Frys over the past 17 years have been excellent. They always provide relevant information and updates to my financial situation. Couldn’t ask for a better service. They have helped me through bereavement issues, tax in Hong Kong and the UK and now the rental of my property as well as sound financial advice.

Excellent personal service from James Weston and Kate Hemens. Clear concise and unbiased advice which we have always had confidence in acting upon. They are always available and nothing is too much trouble. We always enjoy our visits to the Fry’s office in Cheltenham and appreciate a home visit when Fry’s deems it necessary. Thanks to Fry’s, we have been very pleased with the performance of our investments over almost 30 years.

Have been using their taxation service for more than 25 years so must be happy. Obviously over the years we have had various points of contact but now have had Tracey Macpherson for the last few years, who is excellent. We have always found it works best when we have the same advisor for a few years, as they get to know us and it then becomes easy.

I can only comment on the personal taxation service, and I am more than satisfied so far with the expertise and service that Fry has provided over the past ten years or so. The transition from tax advisers was not handled well but once it settled down I have found Max Porter to be helpful, responsive and knowledgeable.
