I do not have any criticism of the professional services provided by Fry but the new portal system is unusable, so if you cannot make a more usable password reset then I will take my business elsewhere.
1. Do not use pastel colours which some people cannot read.
2. Do not write messages in boxes that Clients are expected to fill in. Write the messages above the boxes in the body of the screen.

Good: the professional services. For this, I would recommend Fry to a friend or colleague. However...
Bad: the tax portal. A lot of the time we cannot access the portal at all. We have to give up and try again later. Even when we can get in, it takes 10 minutes or more of the spinning logo. Once in, I find the interface cumbersome.

I consider WT Fry to be of the highest integrity, very professional and honest in their business. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Service. My mistake was not being aware that WT Fry covered Financial Planning in their services, as on retiring in 2003 I would have certainly invested through the Company, an expensive error. I was a client when I worked in Saudi Arabia where WT Fry handled my tax affairs.
