The online form is easy to follow once you've done it once. I was sent a text regarding a doctor calling me within a certain time and got the call within the times stated. The doctor helped me with my concern and I did what was suggested. I was also prescribed antibiotics which I didnt manage to collect because I had to visit A&E where I was diagnosed with a kidney infection. Overall the doctor did what they could do without a visit and the NHS service at King's was really good🌷

My polite, professional and efficient experience
I attended the practice for a routine appointment this week. I was pleased with how easy the online booking system was, as well as how quickly I received an appointment. Although I did not mind which GP I saw, I appreciated being presented with some choice. The doctor I saw was polite, professional and efficient. I felt in safe hands. My prescription was available at the pharmacy immediately after my appointment. An excellent GP practice.

A wonderful group practice
Lovely nurse, lots of questions asked. Overall a wonderful group practice. My family and I have been registered here for about 20 years without any issues whatsoever. Always thorough investigations/tests when illness occurs
