I've been impressed by how supportive and caring all staff at BHGP have been in my latest encounters. Both online, on the phone and in person. It used to feel quite difficult to get through, but just recently has improved a lot.

Professional and on time
Nurse Kayla was professional in carrying her job. Above all, she kept the appointment time which was important for as I needed to go back to work. So there were no delays. Likewise the reception team were awesome and responsive in assisting me.

Phoned advice
The pharmacist called me to follow up on the most recent clinic's findings and advice. We discussed the interplay between my various meds, and management plans for the 3 clinics' outcomes and agreed the plan forward. She implemented my changes in Rx medications immediately.

Helpful and accommodating
Dr Jebakumar was friendly and helpful, and was willing to talk about a second issue unrelated to the main purpose of the appointment, gave that issue full attention and didn't rush me or make me feel I was taking up too much time. Much appreciated!

Good service
Given how many doctors there are and how many people they look after I’m always amazed that I can get through and get help so quickly. I ask the receptionists to help with the online form on the phone and then a doctor calls me same day and I either go in or it’s a call. Usually excellent follow up too. I feel well looked after in what is a trying time for the NHS
