Voice call appointment

Diabetes review
The nurse was excellent and very thorough. Answered all my questions, gave me lots of time and took a real interest in my health. She was very friendly and funny, so I was very relaxed in the consulting room. I have to say, my experience with BHGP is always positive, and this was no exception. My consultation about a week earlier with a Doctor, following an e-Consult, was also very good, clear explanations and a quick referral.

The Practice nurse (Nurse Balkisha) with whom I had my appointment was very professional. She undertook all the procedures, blood pressure, blood test etc with care and consideration. Whilst asking me about my family medical history and I became a little upset she was also kind and caring and followed up by sending me a link for bereavement counselling. I was very impressed.
