Daughter seen in short order
Very happy with the thorough review of my daughter when she was really poorly with a virus. Left aware of what to do if it got worse and peace of mind as to the state of her illness.

Diabetic review
When I was able to attend my diabetic review the nurse who attended to me was very helpful, she checked my blood pressure and she took my weight on the scale, and also my height.
Lastly she checked my foot by pricking it to test if I feel something when she pricked it, test has been done successfully

Appointment
Lovely doctors with high competency and good listeners. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with one dr but overall not really much to complain about.
Dr Graham was the dr I had my appointment this week as she was so nice and attentive listening me. I do remember many doctors being amazing but can't remember all of them. Dr Kim is another one great as well.

I was listened to
I was screened, allocated and received a call very quickly. The Doctor was then very polite, he listened to me (thank you!) and recommended some tests. He also explained the full process and answered any questions I had. For me the best part here is the speed of getting me seen and the fact that I was heard.

On the few rare occasions that i have visited i have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. My only issue is the height of the threshold coming into and out of the surgery is too high for a wheelchair user to get over if wheelchair has small wheels. Very difficult for me to come out of the chair to manoeuvre the wheelchair if i was on my own as i would have nothing to support me properly.
