Efficient friendly service. Thankfully the 8:00 “rush” period has changed and it’s possible for you to get advanced appointments. Not everyone can sit by a phone all day or take the day off just to make an appointment… Receptionist - a v hard job - seem to have mellowed too. All good.

B.H.G.P is a great practice.
It has really helpful people-from reception to the pharmacists on the phone, everyone is fantastic at what they do.
The Doctor I saw (Dr Cath Graham), took her time to listen, was very patient with me, has great knowledge+understanding and really put me at ease.
Thanks for making my tough time, a lot easier for me.
I'd definitely recommend this practice, to anyone.x

Brixton Hill Group Practice
Having been unwell since February I have been supported by BH staff
The reception staff have been professional, helpful and responded to my telephone calls effectively
Clinical staff have been excellent in providing prompt responses to my health needs which have been discussed with me to reach an agreed outcome especially the use of antibiotics
The e consult process has speeded up the consultation process and has proved to be very useful in helping us Co-manage the process

GP consultation
I submitted a short form explaining my symptoms and concerns. I was then given a time to see a GP. The GP was very efficient and after asking me a number of questions made arrangements for a referral to a specialist. This was all done with patience and professionalism. I was very pleased.

A very caring doctor
Excellent treatment from a very caring doctor who listens to what you say and makes suggestions and is extremely thorough and does follow up as well she phones you back and it’s not just lip service
