Marlene, the receptionist, was so kind to me when I came in in a panic. I can’t thank her enough. The front desk are always so patient, calm and efficient, and do a very difficult job, absorbing the anger of frustrated patients, particularly at a time like this. It’s a thankless job but I want to say a huge thank you. The doctors are also brilliant, caring and professional. So glad this is my local practice.

Excellent practice. I've been registered here for 5 years and every doctor I've seen has been extremely helpful, clear, reassuring and shown an interest in my health beyond the immediate issue under discussion. Always easy to get a same day appointment when needed. Highly recommended.

Thank you for the care I received when I contacted the practice in a panic as I was feeling unwell.
Thanks to the receptionist who reminded me that I could request an e-consult which was responded to very promptly by one of the doctors who was lovely, kind and helpful.
I realise the practice is especially busy at the moment and the e-consult facility was a godsend for me when I wasn't sure whether I should be going to A&E.

Over the last few months I have had a few of appointments at the surgery while I was going through problems with personal stress. The team were so kind and helpful, keeping me informed of the process and helping me in my time of need.

During COVID I can only imagine the increased strain on the surgery so getting the appointment and care I needed on short notice was perfect. Keep up the good work!

Great Doctors and a nice practice where my family and I have had great support and treatment for the last 15 years. It is a shame that many people, as in comments below, can't see that this is a very busy and slightly over stretched practise and maybe a little patience and understanding wouldn't go amiss.

This is my family Doctors, and I'm back from a treatment centre and can't wait to re-register. Why? Because as a vunrable adult I have always been treated amazingly by both staff and Doctors.
Reading these reviews, shock me about how pedantic middle class people can be!
Gentrification eh?

We like this surgery a lot and have generally had a great experience, but I do agree that there is one particular staff member who works reception who should have been sacked long ago. I presume most of the negative comments in other reviews refer to this particularly unhelpful individual who does indeed give out inaccurate information.
