Best Gp ever. The doctors are really good and always listens to you and does their best for you.

I've been here from the start. It does have problems. The admin staff certainly used to be rude, but they seem great now. And, yes, there are bigger problems too. These really started with 30% budget cuts in 2010. So - they are working under incredibly difficult conditions. Most of the care I have had there has been great. Can't get an app? Me neither. But this is systemic, not the practice.

Improved over the past time. Staff is helpful.

Dr Mattison is a legend. He has been a source of great support and help through a really difficult time for me. He has recommended treatments, sought out multiple different routes for diagnosis and generally been very patient and concerned for me. You couldn't ask for more from a doctor.

I been extremely impressed today, I've needed to make an urgent Dr's appointment for my daughter who's in Brixton, she was discharged at 2am this morning from A&E with some sort of blood disorder. I'm 120 miles away and don't live in London. Julie and her collogues tried their very best to guide me, suggesting closer alternative practise etc all to make 'things easier for my daughter', none of them wanted to know. I'm disgusted by it. Anyway, they said they would not leave us fending on our own and arranged an appointment for this morning, what stars.

Phoned up with an emergency at 5pm while I was on the other side of London. A doctor from Brixton Hill Group Practice phoned me back straight away and sent a prescription to the closest pharmacy to me so I was able to pick up the medicine I needed immediately. Totally brilliant, I owe a big thanks!!!

Other people complain about the infrequency of appointments at the surgery, however it is possible to book an appointment for the morning if you phone in at 815. I was able to get an appointment for 920 and the doctor was incredibly helpful and very understanding of my situation. I had to wait in the waiting room for no longer than 2 minutes. So, I thoroughly recommend this surgery.
