I don’t know how they achieve this: I don’t wait long for my phone calls to be answered with respect. From the receptionists to nurses and doctors I’m always treated as an individual. Most often my doctor’s visits are followed by phone calls to ensure all going on well with me. And not forgetting the Pharmacist’s phone calls too when there is a change in my prescription.

Quick turnaround, how we want the NHS to be.
In person appointment within 24 hrs, follow up appointments booked and attended within 48hrs, test results shortly after. GP was polite, inquisitive and thorough and explained everything- I felt I was being treated well. The NHS is a lot more responsive than it was even only 10 years ago.
