Hello! I would like to thank this group, of which I have been a member for 7 years, and which has been very efficient in solving my problems whenever I need a consultation or exams!

Brixton Hill Group Practice, works, according to our/patients demand. Each time I send a request saying I am in need to see a Dr., I get a response as soon as possible, without delay, telling me the Dr will call me back within a specific time given to me and always within morning hours. Which I'am always certified with. Thanks.

Sent a message through the app about a health concern. Was called and seen the same day. Dr. was professional, trustworthy and warm. Really appreciated the help!

Excellent- rapid response to e-request. Face to face appointment within an hour. Couldn’t ask for more!

I recently had my blood pressure checked by Kyla Bryant Spreckley of Brixton Hill Group Practice. The session started on time. She was friendly but businesslike. She took several readings as they reduced as I relaxed. She asked about my blood pressure medication and nodded at Ramipril. And that was that. I recommend BHGP.

Attended BHGP been a patient for 20 years +. Saw Dr Kim Nurse regarding possible septic infection. Long examination by Physician and good talk on what to do next. I’ve been very very worried as I have had x2 hospitalisations/ surgeries and long recoveries. Medical issues sorted. I discussed some interactions with BHGP I have been very concerned about. Dr Nurse to discuss my issues with GP’s Partners and Practice Management. I left feeling satisfied and reassured.

Ive never seen a nurse who is this patient kind and well mannered. This qas a very good visit to tge group practice and i will ckme again surely.

The doctor was so supportive and patient. He listened and took time to check on test results and talked me through all the issues. He involved me in the decisions and treated me as an equal.
I thanked him at the time, but I would like him to know how much I appreciated the time he gave me.

I have always been treated with so much care and kindness from the doctors and nurses here. When I hear of other people's experinces of feeling dismissed at other surgeries I always think about how I have never felt that here. They once really bundled a referral which took a lot of sorting out and letters, but this is what you expect with really busy NHS services unfortunatley and I think not a single member of staff's fault. And as I say the rest of the time have been exemplary! Espescially with mental health and reproducive / conraceptive health - which I know are many areas people have negaive experices with at the doctors. the nurse who removed my coil was amazing and all the doctors have been great.

Excellent response time from the GP

The Team at the practice are exceptional. I have been sick for the last 3 months, the Team provided support and understanding. Even though it has been a journey, I felt guided, safe and understood by Doctors and Nurses. I am and will be eternally thankful. Doctors conducted as many tests as possible to find out what was wrong with me and referred me to specialists when needed. Thank you! I am now on my recovery path and I am still in contact with one of the Doctors. Thank you for your empathy, care and hard work. Thanks to the practise I am now getting better day by day! So excited to go back to my normal life

The best GP in London and possibly the world.

One of the best practices I have been a patient with. Non clinical staff are kind and make an effort to get you seen by the doctor where possible. Doctors I have seen or spoken to on the phone have good bedside manner and I feel I have always been treated professionally.

Never had an issue with this surgery - usually prompt to deal with admin requests and any check ups, however I never needed anything more than this so can't speak for more complex asks. GPs and nurses were always lovely, as were the receptionists.

Me and my family have been with the practice for over 35 years my husband 22 years

We are a global majority family through Africa Jamaica and Britain.
I have had tremendous emotional difficulties while being a patient
Some of this triggered as a mum pregnant with my fourth child
with Knife crime on the rise and who personally knew up to eight mothers who children (sons,) fell fatally to the various attacks on the streets
which affected my son’s age group at the time.
Very difficult working raising kids and trying keeping mentally on top.
But this amazing practice gave me complete support.
At times I have had issues with rude staff particularly in reception. Hey how
