Felt heard and supported

Thank you to Dr McKeand for making me feel heard and supported during my appointment. After being brushed off by other drs for years, it was refreshing to be met with such understanding and compassion.

Although my 94 year old father had to go into urgent care, he did not have to be admitted. The whole experience was explained clearly by the doctors at the practice.

I was at the surgery for a diabetes check up.

I arrived at the surgery 10mins before my appointment. I was seen by the diabetic nurse. I had a blood test etc done, I'm a very nervous patient I'm afraid, especially anything to do with needles, but the nurse kept me calm.

I've always received very good service from everyone in this practice. But I'd like to say a special THANK YOU to Dr. Kim Nurse. She totally understood my concern and it only took 1 consultation with her, 1 test and a hospital referral, and many years of misery, anxiety and questions were put to rest. I now have peace of mind.
