Staff are fantastic

Had to have a blood test, I am not good at having blood taken as I usually faint as I am not very good with needles. Chloe was amazing, she made me feel so relaxed, I didn't even feel the needle go in.

Asthma check up

Michelle was reassuring, professional in her manner. She listened carefully to the issue. I shared and looked at different options for me. She discussed the pros and cons so I could make an informed choice.
I have a follow up appointment arranged to discuss how things have been. I feel very well cared for.

Appointment with nurse

Rang at 10.40, was given an appointment for just 20 mins later. Had to see nurse for dressing change. Bang on time, lovely nurse, lucky I know but all took 30 mins from booking appointment and walking out of surgery finished. Thank you

This was the most thorough and best asthma review that I have ever had. Identified all the things I was doing wrong which had never been picked up on during previous surgery's tick box 2 minute reviews. This experience was great at St Peters

Phone consultation

Compliments to Dr Ali. He gave me my blood test results in the most comprehensive way iI have ever had them! He read through them all - I have never been told what "full bloods" actually checks for and it was refreshing to hear it all so clearly and thoroughly. I've always just been told "your bloods are fine".
He then took the time to answer all my questions, not rushing and fully explaining it all. Thank you for your time and clarity. It was so refreshing
