Firstly, struck by the very modern and comfortable waiting room. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Only had to wait 10 mins to be seen by the doctor, and he was extremely professional, as would be expected! Overall, a very good experience.

Excellent Surgery

Having recently moved to the area, I was initially nervous about registering with a new surgery. I needn’t have worried - the process was easy and I was invited to attend for a review on my current medication very quickly. The reception team and medical staff are very professional and friendly.

Very good service including telephone consult

I had a telephone consult to discuss recent MRI results with Dr Malasi (forgive my spelling if incorrect). He was friendly, patient, and I did not feel rushed and answered all my questions. Thankfully, I don't visit the doctor very often, but my recent problems have been dealt with very efficiently from calling the surgery, doctor visits and hospital tests etc. No complaints from me.

First visit to new premises

Only needed a blood test and Shirley was wonderful. Put me at my ease. Did not hurt. Did not bruise me.
The surgery is a complete change from the old premises - wide open waiting rooms, gleaming clean and quiet, medical info (very interesting!) on the TVs; a feel of calm and safety.

Last visit, ear infection

I attended with an ear infection.
Doctor gave a full examination, took swabs of discharge.
I am near the end of his prescription, my symptoms are much reduced.

Possible chest infection or pneumonia

Receptionist very helpful when I called and got me appointment with very good, thorough and pleasant doctor. Prescription sent to chemist and a week later I am much better.
