Cervical screening
I have had nurse Michelle do pretty much all of my cervical smears since I was first called. I’m now 60 and nearing the end of them.
She has always been kind and empathetic…..and very gentle!! Talking me through the whole process including how I’ll receive the results.

Bodysym referal re Trigger Thumb
The Drs' call made in response to my request at 8am. The letter had been sent 4th November & I had hoped to hear sooner, but waited knowing surgery was moving and probably extra busy. It was very hard to hear what the Dr was saying due to a poor line.

New St Peters Surgery
Visited the New St Peter's Surgery. Staff on reception were lovely. Not hidden behind glass. Waiting area bright and airy. Was seen very quickly in the new consultation area. Again staff were lovely and the rooms bright, clean and spacious.

Called and given a very quick appointment after accidentally booking an appointment online with a nurse and not a GP. Was seen quickly in the lovely new surgery. Dr was lovely, very friendly and thorough and didn't feel rushed at all.
