First Visit to Diabetes Clinic

Recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and had my first clinic with Michell the nurse. It was a very informative appointment which included a full review of my results and a comprehensive check of both feet including a doppler. It was encouraging to know that Michell is available for advice, tests and information going forward. This clinic exceeded my expectations and I appreciate the support from the team in my surgery.

Child vaccination

Amazing nurse put my toddler at ease when receiving her first nasal spray flu vaccination. My toddler (who is not normally friendly with strangers) was happy and relaxed after the lovely nurse told her she loved her pink outfit. Thank you!

Appointment review

Having just moved over to St Peter’s surgery, I have already had a better experience than with my last practice. I was sent a message to book in with the nurse to discuss my meds and BP, then booked an appointment with the doc the next day after phoning at 8am. The only downside was that there were a number of things I needed to discuss with the doctor but was told they can only deal with one issue per appointment. Surely it would be better to offer slightly longer appointments rather than having to book another 3 or 4?? Anyway apart from that so far so good, lovely little surgery with lovely staff!
