Baby jabs

Very positive and efficient service provided whilst my one year old was having her jabs. Not typically a pleasant experience due to nature of visit, but nurse made it fast and easy

Both my husband and myself have just joined the surgery. We have both been impressed with everything. All the staff have been very friendly and have given clear advice and information. Waiting times have also been very short.

Excellent service

Dr Ali reviewed my blood results with me very thoroughly, explaining both normal and concerning areas. The conversation flowed well and Dr Ali listened to my concerns and explained what he thought was our best next step and why. It was a really satisfactory phone call. All my queries were resolved and I felt I had been heard and given all the time I needed to understand my medical condition and how to deal with it.

First Dr appointment

I had to book to see the doctor as a new patient and was very happy to get a face to face with the doctor the first time I called. I haven’t been able to do that for a number of years at my old surgery.

Fabulous service

I’ve recently joined St Peter’s Surgery and have been so impressed. Reception staff are friendly, polite and super helpful and the standard of consultation I had with the Practice Pharmacist was excellent. As well as being a consummate professional, with great advice and insight about my initial queries, she was warm, caring and supportive and touched on more than the issue we initially discussed, making me feel that she really cared about my all round well being. It’s the first time in quite a few years that I have felt confident and very happy with GP provision. Couldn’t recommend this surgery enough.
