Very nice to know that one is being looked after and symptoms are being looked into to find the root causes. Pity my previous surgery didn't follow up on the results.

Excellent service

Dr Ali phoned me with the results of my abdominal ultrasound scan. He rang at exactly at the time arranged and gave me a full and intelligible explanation of all the results, good and not so good. He answered all my queries and gave me advice for the future. His manner was engaged and caring and he gave me all the time I needed.
It was a very positive experience.

Always 10/10

I am able to book a nurse’s appointment for after 5pm to coincide with my work schedule. I am always (3 monthly) seen within 5 mins of my appointment time, and all staff in the surgery are fantastic

Very high blood pressure

Phoned the surgery regarding my blood pressure as it was extremely high and asked to see if I could get an appointment to see the nurse. When receptionist asked my reading she managed to get me an appointment the next day to the the Doctor.
I cannot thank the surgery enough for the appointment so soon.
The Dr was absolutely amazing and reassured me that I would be ok and to drop my readings in for checking and if I need further tests the surgery will be in contact.
I don’t often see the Dr as he did mention this when we met, so thank you for your help
