Had 6 issues to talk about
Had 6 issues to discuss with the doctor (been saving them up). Doctor seemed under a time constraint so managed to deal with 2 and mentioned a third. However doctor asked I make a follow up appointment with him to discuss my other problems (have another appointment this week).

Timekeeping is appalling. A 20-40 minute wait after your booked appointment time is standard for Dr Goldberg, which is not acceptable when we all lead busy lives. This is not a one off tardiness; it is every time. I went in for help with an issue and was instead directed to a website rather than assisted with the issue at hand. Only for me to now need an additional appointment to go back and request the referral to access the services I initially needed. This all could have been handled at the appointment; however, it was not. More wasted time.

Great consultation with Dr Norman Ali. On time. Gave me plenty of time to consider my condition and work out a treatment plan. The second time I have seen him and been very pleased both times.

Excellent service
I was given a same day appointment and my GP was running more or less on time. Very satisfied with my consultation. Dr Goldberg was thorough, listened to me, and explained things clearly. I felt listened to, not rushed and my referral was dealt with promptly. I have always had excellent service from Dr Goldberg and St Peter’s Surgery.
