Great practice with friendly staff.

The Reception staff at the surgery are welcoming and try the best they can to accommodate requests for appointments. My last appointment was with Michelle and she explained the procedure and was reassuring throughout, which allowed me to relax and feel confident.

Outstanding patient care

I needed urgent support with obtaining medications to avoid some serious complications. Danny in Reception went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I am very appreciative. Also thanks to the Pharmacy Team who have repeatedly provided support. Exceptional service. I placed a review on the NHS site because of the excellent support Danny provided.

Face to Face Appointment

The appointment was given on the same day I did an e-consult. It was on time. The locum Dr was attentive, thorough and arranged an X-Ray and physio. There were not appointments for physio, but I am in a list.
