Post knee replacement surgery problems.
Managaed to get an appointment with both nurse and Dr Ali on the second day of trying. Nurse managed issue with knee, dressing and competently examined and dressed knee.
Dr Ali was informed of my situation by notes from A&E, he discussed pain relief options with me, checked my temperature and lungs and left me feeling understood and reassured. Husband picked up medication from pharmacy the next day. Dr also made appointment for a telephone follow up call at the same time.
Excellent experience from reception to Dr. Thank you.

Recent visit to surgery
I visited the surgery at opening time to make an appointment to see the Doctor. My GP was on leave but I was offered to see a locum at a time of 10.40. Consultation with GP was good, very thorough and kept me in the loop. Appropriate advice and medication administered. Very happy with the whole experience.

Friendly and helpful staff.
I contacted the surgery 3 times by phone and they were very helpful and friendly. I spoke with a locum doctor by phone who was working remotely and she was also very helpful. I visited the surgery twice (not to see the doctor), and again the reception staff were very easy to speak with. Overall a good experience.

Third time lucky!
Really needed a face to face appt re. an eye problem but in 3rd call was offered the last telephone appointment so took it. Very helpful Dr, so hopefully the problem will be resolved. She did say ring again for face to face if necessary so was satisfied.
